Fill out the form below in order to print your barcoded invitation to XENIA 2024. Be sure to bring it with you when you visit the trade show and scan it at the established points of entry.

• Admission to XENIA shall be permitted only to professionals. This invitation is personal, applies to two persons and cannot be transfer to a third party.
• Infants, babies in prams, children under the age of 12 and pets are strictly forbidden to enter.
• Upon entering and staying at the Exhibition, the visitor should follow and apply the current health protocols and instructions of the Organizer.
• All details you will provide will be kept confidential and will be processed by our company according to the existing legislation. They will be used for communication between yourself and FORUM SA, as well as for promotional and economic purposes of the trade show

• By submitting your details in order to receive the invitation t o the trade show, you acknowledge and agree to the fact that during your visit to Xenia you may be photographed, videotaped and/or recorded by FORUM SA and its employees.
• By submitting your details, it is presumed that you agree to th e use of said images, photos and/or recordings in any way by FORUM SA and its employees, waivering all claims from the use of all the above-mentioned material, which may include, but is not limited to the publication, broadcast or any other use for the promotion of the trade show.
